+Lovely old world feel. Our room was bright and had a balcony, with mountain view. Breakfast was generous and varied.
−There are only stairs (no lift), so may not suit some people.

“Great hotel with friendly staff and good location.”
+Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful balcony outside room to sit and view the snow capped mountains. Good location and close to Interlaken West train station.
−The bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy and stayed in for quite awhile.

−O quanto é muito simples. Não possui um local adequado para posicionar a mala. O banheiro é muito pequeno e não possui bancada, para colocação de uma bolsa, com os utensílios de higiene pessoal.

“Homely hotel would recommend”
+The hotel had a lovely homely and Swiss chalet feel. The room although functional was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home and tailoring suggestions of where to go and what to do based on your length of stay etc. The location in the west side of the town was peaceful and ideal, close to the town and places to eat and drink. Would recommend this hotel to others.
