+Big room, nice decor, lovely location and staff
−Had to pay extra for parking Listed building so single glazing and could hear road and pedestrians and music from reception

“Our stay”
+Central to everything in town. Food was great, we had dinner one night and breakfast 2 morning really lovely.Staff were lovely .We would stay here again
−We tried steak deal which included 2 sides in total between two people was very small portion of fries for one person, let alone 2 to share. The other side we chose was onion rings which were lovely, this was first night running this deal so perhaps its evolving . The door in our bathroom kept catching on the floor when it was opened and was very noisy this could be easily remedied by shaving bottom of the door. Our Room was extremely warm, our window opened onto flat roof so, we were nervous to leave it open at night .If there was safety latch or the like on it would have felt bit more secure to leave it open at night to cool temp of room.overall despite that we would stay again .We were nervous about carparking especially as had electric car .Fast charger down at local petrol station solved that very quickly and as our stay was off peak season, parking on street is free .

“Dog friendly trip”
+The hotel is perfectly located in Portrush. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Its dog friendly.
−A lot of dust on skirting boards and radiators.
+Although we really liked the design of the room , it was beautiful, very clean and clearly well looked after , we didn’t find the hotel particularly comfortable. The bed was far too small for two people, and many of the rooms seem to overlook a side alley and the hotel’s bins, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would say it’s a good hotel for a short stopover or if you’re simply looking for somewhere to sleep, but not really a hotel to spend time in and enjoy. This is a little surprising because, aesthetically, it gives the impression of being exactly that kind of place. It’s beautifully designed and very well maintained, but unfortunately the comfort doesn’t quite match the appearance

+Good location . Friendly staff. Lovely communal areas and comfortable rooms.
+Nice breakfast, good location and the bar and waiting area lovely decor.
−Room was disappointing. Bed was not made up to a high standard at all. The sheets looked thrown on and the room was not very clean. The amount of dust on the glass table was not just from previous guests, it was a big build up of dust going back weeks/months.
