+We had a wonderful stay at Pleasant Hillview Resort in Munnar. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The resort offers great amenities,we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the variety of indoor and outdoor games available. Food: The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good spread. However, we felt that the dinner wasn't quite up to the mark and could be improved. Rooms: A minor point to note is that the rooms on the 1st floor feel a bit older compared to the rest of the property. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend it for families and leisure travelers!

The management made sure everything went smoothly during breakfast, which we really appreciated. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to visit again!

+Honestly the staff hospitality and services are excellent. Reception, House keeping and restaurant staff were all welcoming and supportive. Makes the stay much satisfying. Food is good. Limited options but still they make it fresh and cater all our requests. The room view is extraordinarily especially the top floor view. House keeping staff - Vijay was such an excellent host guiding us through internal viewpoints. Made the stay memorable.
−Transportation facilities. As the location is too far away from Munnar and major tourist spots, if you don't have a car, the local cab services are very expensive. The location is great in regards to the view but really need affordable cab services to visit any local or tourist places.
