“Will not stay there again. I was going to leave that night. But nowhere to go.”
+Nothing. The place was terrible. Rusty bathtub. No soap or shampoo.
−The place was terrible. Rusty bathtub. The door was ajar and was very difficult to open or close. Many stains everywhere. There was no water at all because of city problems. But, in the morning there was nothing for breakfast not even coffee or water. Nothing. They could have everything if they purchased some bottle water.

+Friendliness of staff, location, decent room. Next to a gas station with Popeyes and IHOP so convenient
−It was a little pricey for the facilities but I think it is probably the area. They were very full

“Staff was very friendly, everything was clean, wish the pool had been open for my duration, but closed Labour Day.”

−My only issue was the bed was too hard. Woke up every day with a sore back. Just my opinion others might like having a hard bed.
