+Emplacement hyper central sur la plaza de Armas Belle vue sur la place et le Misti (chambre 202) Personnel agréable
−Mal insonorisé (on entend vraiment tout, surtout lors de festivités nocturnes) Eau chaude capricieuse (soit tout chaud soit tout froid !) Pas d'ascenseur, compliqué lorsqu'on a un gros sac à porter sur 2 niveaux et qu'on est vite essoufflé à environ 2300 m d'altitude... Paiement géré sur place par l'établissement (dommage si on veut régler l'hébergement avant l'arrivée)

−Plaza noisy at night but not a reflection on the hotel
+Ens va agradar la ubicació, les vistes i que era acollidor.
−Però.... A la segona nit ja no teníem aigua calenta ni paper del lavabo. Quan van netejar l'habitació en quedava poc i no van repossar-lo, igual que les paperes sense bossa. L'esmorzar correcte.
+Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, o café da manhã é excelente com opções variadas e a localização é boa, pois fica na praça principal da cidade aonde acontece todos os eventos, além da facilidade do deslocamento aos principais pontos turísticos, facilidade aos restaurantes, etc.
−Devido a localização do hotel estar centralizada escutamos muito barulho das festividades locais principalmente uma procissão 1:30h da manhã. A cortina não bloqueava toda claridade do quarto, o hotel apesar de ser bom. vale a pena para ficar 2 dias ou menos, pois essas circunstâncias comprometeram o nosso descanso.

“There a better Hotels in Arequipa.”
+Very good breakfast and friendly staff. It's located right in the center (there is a lot of noise outside but that's normal in that area). The bed was comfortable.
−As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an intense moldy scent in the air and a huge stain on the ceiling. The window is very difficult to close. The room was not clean either (hair in the bed and the sink). The carpet has not been cleaned in a long time. The garbage can was broken and the furniture was rosty. It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. We were happy we just spent a night there.

“Middle of the action!”
+Location was amazing, right on the plaza. Victoria at the front desk was very kind and the breakfast was yummy.
−A little more worn than I’d expected, but it didn’t distract from the pros.
