“We hebben hier echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad.”
+Het verblijf was groot en gezellig en was van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een vaatwasser, koelkast, magnetron, inductie kookplaat, oven, douche en bad. Het was schoon. Het bed lag heerlijk. Je kon er goed en gratis parkeren in de straat.
−De bank was niet erg comfortabel. De vaatwasser stond los, dus als je de deur opende kwam de hele vaatwasser naar voren. Een echt minpunt vond ik de privacy in de badkamer. Er waren geen gordijnen of andere raambekleding de overburen hadden vrij inkijk.

−Abbiamo provato a metterci in contatto con la struttura mediante la chat di booking in varie occasioni e in un caso ci hanno risposto dopo ore, negli altri casi non ci hanno risposto proprio.. nulla di grave perché in tal caso avremmo provato a chiamare però avremmo preferito un servizio più attivo

“Séjour agréable, intimiste et reposant”
+J'ai aimé la quiétude du lieu, le fait que ce soit un petit établissement qui conserve donc une identité. En transport (un métro toutes les quinze minutes, on est situé à 20 minutes de Gesundbrunnen qui permet de rejoindre l'ensemble des quartiers de Berlin. Je vais assez régulièrement à Berlin, j'ai trouvé une adresse qualité/prix de très bon choix.
−Fournir un morceau de pain supplémentaire au petit dejeuner.

+Economic for Berlin standards. Even though it's far away from the city center, a S-Bahn (train) station is close by, so you can reach the city center in circa 25 minutes. The room includes a small fridge.
−The restroom is quite small. You need to open and close door constantly to use the toilet properly given the limited space, and I am not precisely a plus-size individual.
+blízko na MHD, parkování bez problému v ulici před domem, mimo ekologickou zónu. Apartmán jsme měli na dvě noci bez snídaně a vše bylo v pořádku, rádi bychom využili při příští návštěvě Berlína.
