“My bad experience at the Hotel , I have explained above REFUND REQUESTED ,Rest others are OK.”
+Why my Break Fast was not included in the the Tariff paid by me is NOT CLEAR TO ME.. The AD of the Hotel mentioned that Rate/TARIFF was inclusive of the Break Fast. Accordingly I booked online. To my surprise, on arrival at the Hotel, the Reception informed that Breakfast was not included in my Plan. I explained my booking details as explained above .But received no help from the Hotel. Hence I had to pay additional amount for Break fast for me and my Wife for 2 Days. This is not fair. I request you to refund me my ADDITIONAL ESPENSES incurred by me on the Breakfasts, at the earliest.

“Great value for money”
+Breakfast is excellent. Very good spread and quality of all the dishes were very good. Staff attended to customers in a timely manner and were managing the morning rush efficiently. Reception by the front office was warm and friendly. I consider my stay at the hotel as a great value for the money spent.

+GOOD HOTEL, NEAT AND CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOMS, COOPERATIVE STAFF, PRICE CHARGED BY BOOKING.COM IS VERY HIGHER SIDE WHEREAS DIRECT BOOKING IS AT VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES AND ALSO BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED SO DIRECTLY WE CHEATED BY BOOKING.COM, HOTEL CHARGES ARE VERY HIGHER SIDE FOR FOOD AND OTHER SERVICES LIKE PICKUP AND DROP, FOOD, BREAKFAST.

+Food is excellent for both morning breakfast and dinner.
−1. The charges are higher , i paid for 3 persons in three occupancies single room Rs 9100/- ( 100 USD) per night. This is for a single room. It is too much for this location. I was over charged. 2.In night time centralized AC is not working satisfactorily.
