+Great location. Coming in to the sassi, the staff guided us well to come inside with a car. Breakfast food and service decent. Great views from the terrace and excellent second floor ancient decor!
−Leaving on 23rd we were pushed to leave after 11:15. Communication on WhatsApp was slow and non existent at times. The front staff man starting at his phone on 23rd was rude and never made eye contact. Should never have such a person on the front of this beautiful property. He needs to be at the back baking matera bread. We were pushed to exist the parking lot. Must give advanced notice if there is an event. Don’t make guests feel guilty. There can be many reasons guests may be running behind including illness.

−Bathroom could do with a renovation. No tea or coffee and cups, even though we had a kettle. Porter can’t drive as he damaged the car.

“Excellent sejour”
+Très bel hôtel. L’emplacement est excellemment placé. Le personnel est à l’écoute et disponible. La chambre était super et offrait une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. À noter le parking privé primordial dans le centre historique de Matera.
−Lampes de chevet rechargeables trop justes en terme d’intensité. L’absence de prises. Pas de minibar.

+Magnifique Palazzo! Très bien tenu! En plein cœur de Matera! Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture, ils s’occupent des formalités avec la ZLT. Une quinzaine de chambres. Magnifique roof top avec vue à 360 degrés sur matera!

“We would definitely stay there again”
+Staff was wonderful and helpful. Set up our taxi for us. Rooms were nice and beautiful views out our window. Breakfast was very good!

+Parking dans la cour de l'hôtel (acces pas facile car via une rue piétonne mais explications au top données par le personnel). Payant mais ca vaux le coup si vous souhaitez passer une nuit a Matera. Chambre correcte, jolie vue. Petit dejeuner tres bien dans une salle dont l'accès se fait par plusieurs salles dignes d'un musée! Personnel tres gentil. Propre.
