“Bad service & they lie.”
+Called ahead to make sure a 1st floor room was available. “Yes” she said, they have plenty. We arrived about 7:30pm, & front desk said no 1st floor rooms, yet we see 20 plus unoccupied rooms. Upstairs steps are covered with snow, which are dangerously slippery. Spent an hour going back & forth with Hotels.com & OYO front desk woman walking to & from our truck. H.com said the hotel would credit the charge within 24 hours. It is now 24 hours later, & I still have not been credited.

+There was blood on the sheets. The shower was falling out of the wall. It was so nasty dirty

+Blankets were stained. Staff was friendly but area felt unsafe.
+This is a great place to stay. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable and it is a great location. Not only that the staff is extremely nice and more than accommodating!
+I went to check in hotel was NOTHING like the pictures! Rooms were not ready, buildings were run down, front desk was closed up behind glass!! I was asked to return in about one hour! I did not as I was afraid for my wellbeing! No one to talk to about this issue and was told no refund!! I wouldn’t send an animal to stay there! Gross, unsafe, rundown and shouldn’t be in business!!!

−No roadside sign, poor outdoor lighting, door key didn't work well, no TV service, no Wi-Fi service, street and train noise intrusive, bathroom remodel not great. Why wasn't I informed the motel was undergoing renovations?
