“Nice enough but needs attention”
+Very good full English breakfast 😁🍳🥓
−Shower holder not useable, difficult to shower. Toilet constantly flowing after flushing. Main television no channels/Ariel not working. 4-poster bed creaks excessively with any movement. Bathroom needs attention, grout very dirty/mouldy.

+There was a problem with my original room, but I received a free upgrade. The size of my room was great. The location was easy to find.
−The mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable, and it seemed to be a very old mattress too because it was so broken down that there was a large cavity in the mattress where people had lain.

−Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, despite being listed as standard and no-one available to request supplies in the evening. The cold water tap in bathroom was loose and constantly running water. It could not be fully turned off.
+The room was large and comfortable with 4 poster bed. Breakfast was hot and cooked fresh. Very pleasant stay, great value for money. 10 mins drive into the centre. We took the Bus in and out on the 2nd day. Bus stop just over the road couple mins walk. Every 15 mins bus service
