“Osmanlı Experience”
+I really enjoyed my stay at Osmanlı! What stood out the most was the warm, family-oriented atmosphere and the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to our needs. They were genuinely helpful and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Uzungöl, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a lovely experience with great hospitality!
−There are a few things that I believe need improvement. First, the hotel does not have an elevator. Although İsmail was always willing to help with our luggage, I believe accessibility is essential, especially for guests with disabilities or mobility challenges who should also be able to enjoy a comfortable vacation. Another major concern was the lack of air conditioning in the room. Even though we visited in October, when the weather was mostly rainy and breezy, there were still some surprisingly warm days when staying in the room became very uncomfortable. I can only imagine how difficult it might be during the summer months. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and excellent location, but I believe adding air conditioning and improving accessibility would make a significant difference in the guest experience.

“Great location and lake view, but a few inconveniences need improvement.”
+The location is excellent, right in the centre of Uzungöl, with a beautiful direct view of the lake. The room was spacious. Parking is available.
−There was an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet. There was no room service. Although parking is available, access to it is inconvenient because the barrier has to be opened and closed by a staff member, so we had to look for someone every time we entered or left.
