“Charming place in Ecuador”
+The hotel is located between the historic area and the moderno part of the city. It is about a block away from the Metro Station. The breakfast was generous and very satisfying. I will definitely return. I appreciated the service.c

+Beautiful place. My room was very comfortable, with the fragrance of the roses that decorated it. The host, Santiago, was a pleasant conversationalist. Breakfast was punctual and delicious.

+Une expérience merveilleuse. Monter sur leur terrasse et dans leur jardin sur le toit, et boire un thé chaud en soirée. Ma chambre était conforme à la description de ma réservation, le lit était très confortable, et on m'a gentiment offert une limonade. Merci !

+Fue muy buena la estancia, el hotel tiene buen aseo, el desayuno es de buen sabor. La ubicacion es muy cerca del metro, lo que la hace muy conveniente. Santiago, el anfitrión que nos recibió es muy atento y muy amable, nos dió excelentes consejos para conocer la ciudad.

+My room was just as it looks in the photos on booking. Congratulations. Cleanliness in the room excellent. Hearty breakfast, they give you a choice between natural juice with or without sugar, hot and chocholate.

“My room was perfect and the pepperoni pizza was one of the best I've ever had in my life.”
+I loved the hotel. My room is the same as the profile photos, in mine before my arrival they offered me a hot drink and fruits in the room with two flower arrangements. They handed me a fast food menu. I chose the Creole pepperoni and cheese pizza, exquisite, I recommend it. Very pleasant night, I slept like at home. In the early morning at 06:00 I went up to the third floor and had a beautiful sunrise view of the city with a mountain in front and a beautiful park. Their breakfast was fabulous. I ordered hot chocolate and the juice is optional with or without sugar. I ordered my sugar-free natural fruit drink. Nice experience.
−:) That they had more pizza :) I ordered 2 pizzas, it was exquisite!!! I hope you take my suggestion and have more pizza, it was very delicious, I recommend it.

“Strange place”

−difficult to communicate with, using a translator all the time. Another problem: no real photos of the property (unacceptable for booking.com)

“Great location, great staff”
+Santiago, your host, is terrific. If need anything or any kind of info he has it. I am a single traveler. The room was nice, enough room, clean and in an excellent location. I would stay again.
