+Very comfortable & well-equipped room. Excellent value for money.
+The room had no heating and it was freezing cold. It was reported a few times but nothing was fixed. They didn't even offer us a heater for the room. The room itself was very nice but it was completely spoiled by the freezing cold room. Also, check in was a bit awkward. We had to fight our way through a crowded bar to get to the young girl ( who looked like she really didn't want to be there ) I didn't experience great service from any of the staff. It has put us off returning.

“Great Stay and recommended”
+Lovely location. Quiet room. Good facilities in the room. Lovely breakfast.
−Not a dislike but we would choose a bigger room next time we stay as it was a standard double and small around the bed area
+Nice Spacious Room, Comfortable, All You Needed.. Very Good Breakfast. No Rush As got till 11am to Leave.

+The breakfast was classic full English which we gradually adapted as the days past e.g. today no beans or black pudding. The menu said vegetarian options but did not specify. On the last day with a storm coming we were able to get an earlier breakfast so as to help get ahead of the storm.
−As with many small towns near Skipton there was a highly used A road and it was adjacent to the hotel. The extra glazing layer helped but in the summer the noise might be an issue.
