“都会からすぐ先にある、大自然のリラックス空間”
+実家に帰った様に大変くつろげました。 何日もいたいと思いました。 オーナーさんが親切で丁寧でした。 朝食も最高でした。
−宿泊施設での話ではないですが、大島全体でのゴミの扱いが分からなかった。旅人用の分別ゴミの場所が分かりやすい所に、費用がかかっても良いのであって欲しい。
“The most charming island stay with the warmest host”
+Absolutely wonderful and charming place, with my own bedroom, living room, kitchen and toilet zone. It was exactly like I imagined when I saw it online and the highlight of my Oshima stay. The owner was a very kind lady who even took me to the nearest supermarket by car since most restaurants closed when I arrived. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty as well. Excited to stay there again.
−It might be a bit hard to find in the evening since the island gets quite dark, but it was manageable with a flashlight no problem.

+Lovely host, delicious breakfasts, traditional old Japanese home, beautiful natural surroundings, bird songs, pretty close to beach, piano, nice CD collection. Host was extremely gracious and helpful to us in many different ways. She also speaks English. We stayed five nights and loved our stay! It was homey, quiet, peaceful, and restful...just what we were looking for.
−For us it was great, but there are a few things that could be problematic for some guests, especially older folks or those with mobility issues. (1) It's a bit of a walk from downtown Motomachi. (2) Bedding is on tatami mats, so one needs to be able to get up & down from the floor. (3) Shower is in a separate building, a bit like camping. (4) The beautiful subtropical forest also means sharing the house with some very large (but harmless) spiders. :)

+像家一樣的感覺，老闆娘親切的服務， 住宿的地方有兩間房子，一個為房東的家， 所以一次只接待一組客人！ 非常適合家庭！

“Felt like I was in a movie.”
+Felt like a movie, really lucky and happy I found this place, the room and house we stayed in has such a nice cozy vibe with a living room you can play ma y cds and watch tv, she made us breakfast in the morning, felt like I was apart of the family. Location is not bad depending if you have car or not, it was hard to rent one but the host was amazing and got us a car on the day we asked ready for us when we got to the port! I recommend anyone who has a love for japan and watched any type of anime in your life to stay atleast once!

+憧れの平屋、環境がとても良かったです。鳥の声で目覚め、オーナーさんが作ってくださった美味しい朝食を食べ、お庭でコーヒーを飲み、チェックアウトまでゆっくり過ごさせて頂きました。
