−Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We were given a different room than the one we booked, the restaurant was closed without prior notice, and we had issues with the air conditioning. After a long hike from Theth, this was not the experience we had hoped for.

−Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Lack of Basic Comfort Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel staff turned off the electricity in the building to save money, leaving guests without proper lighting. In the morning, they also turned off the water pump, leaving me stuck in the shower covered in soap, unable to rinse off. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The restaurant was also cold and poorly lit, making it an uncomfortable place to eat and relax. A hotel should provide basic necessities such as electricity, running water, heating, and proper lighting. Cutting off essential services to reduce costs at the expense of guests' comfort and basic hygiene is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless these serious issues are addressed.

−Le petit déjeuner : Très limité, et tous les jours le même! Le service: En effet c’est la Mère du propriétaire qui essayait de faire le travail d’une serveuse, mais sans succès. Sinon , elle est une Dame très gentille!
