+The room had very good potential.
−The unit furniture had duck tape on it like on the arms of the arm rest. Other furniture was very scared up with deep wood penatrations.

+The view was ok. It was close to things
−The price, the way the room looked and that I came for an anniversary and could get a contact high from the amount of weed being smoked in the building

“I will never again rent from the resort itself. Go through a property manger because the rooms from the resort are costl”
+The location
−All the pools were dirty and the hot tubs were either broken or to gross to get in.

“We enjoyed are stay very nice employees and we would stay again”
+We loved that it was hassle free right on the beach and very nice and big room we stayed in
−Missing amenities like chairs to rent for the beach some of the stuff was missing in the room and needs tv updated very small and outdated also need dishes restocked and mat covers and pads and some detailed cleaning hasn’t been updated for a while

“The location views and size was nice the linen should have been cleaned especially when we are paying a cleaning fee and”
+The view was amazing and the place could have been almost perfect
−The linen had not been cleaned dried up blood and what appeared to be urine all over the sheets and comforter. The ceiling was peeling along with the sofa and chairs and there was dirt on bathroom floor and only one light bulb out of 3 in the bathroom worked. I felt disgusted looking at the linen we had to sleep on

“It would have been nice if all the above had been fixed. I loved the view from the room.”
+Location was great. Pool area was nice. Size of room was good. Plenty of parking across the street from building. View from the balcony was beautiful. Had a beachfront room with floor to ceiling windows.
−The furniture in the room was not clean, sticky. Some of the room had peeling paint and the doors were damaged. It was all very outdated and needed an overhaul pretty bad. Carpet was stained in places. Ice maker did not work. The price was a bit much considering what you got. Especially the cleaning fee, considering all I had to clean when I got there. (and it was cleaner when I left)

“Room air was out toilet was stopped up.. had to go all night without air”
+The location
−Nothing at all, except for first clerk when I checked in, had to go all night without air and a stopped up toilet…when going down to speak with a desk representative at the office she was very nonchalant and act as if it was nothing she could of did about anything.
