−It was old, dirty, not well maintained. TV wasn’t working, the fan was so dirty, the AC was only functional for a number of hours because they operate using solar inverters

+It’s right on the beach. Windows and door was open must of the stay , feel like I was right by the water

+This location is indeed right on the beach. But there should be more details about getting there. The bigger access roads are manned by people who ask for beach access fees.
−Due to not being able to use the main access roads, had to let go of my taxi, and took a motorbike ride with one of the hotel staff to get to the hotel. The room was clean but the door was broken and there was no way to lock my room door at night. I would definitely not stay here again unless this facility actually made the right improvements as it's a great location. They kept informing me someone was on their way to fix the door for the entire 2 nights I stayed. I had to barricade myself as best as I could to have some form of safety while sleeping.

“Beautiful and real oceanfront but bad access road”
+The hotel is very clean and spacious , you have your own private beach right in front of your room, the staff very friendly, good food
−Accessibility to the hotel via car, my vehicle was damaged because of the sand, front bumper was ripped off, it’s near impossible maneuvering your vehicle in the sand
