“Very good”
+Comfortable room, lots of storage space (wasn't required but nice to know), kitchen facilities, nice area, close to where I needed to be and a short walk from the train station. Ideal for my requirements. I slept very well both nights.
−A bit cool first thing in the morning, but it was manageable.
