−Samopostrežba, sam pospraviš posteljo, greš po brisače, uporabljene brisače so v kopalnici do odhoda - 5 nočo, smeti tudi, če jih ne odneseš. Zajtrk je ponižujoč, kava odlična, a od slanih jedi povsod jajca, 3 sladka in 3 slana menija, sok doplačaš, kruh tretjina ozke rezine kruha, pri sladkemu meniju dobiš napitek z ovsenim mlekom, slaba izbira jedi. Sam lokal ima dobre zajtrke, vendar ni možno, da bi doplačal in kaj drugega izbral in potem ješ tist okrnjen katastrofalen meni med drugimi... kot drugorazreden gost.

+Qualidade da roupa de cama, decoração do quarto, chuveiro excelente, ótimos travesseiros. Um pequeno guarda roupa. Chaleira e cafeteira no quarto. Disponibilidade de locker para malas.

“Best choice for active travelers who just need a place to sleep”
+Easy check-in and check-out process. Quiet. There were available all basic necessities. I also liked the set of tea. Also free lockers were a big plus, so I could temporary leave my belongings on the day of check-out. Overall I am very satisfied and would use Numa in future.
−I’m a bit worried that I had to upload my ID document to the Numa app to be able to check-in. I hope that the data is protected well. Wifi was slow, and TV signal was poor. For me the mattress was too plush.

“Nice rooms but not enough services”

−I traveled for business and in my opinion it was not the best experience. The breakfast starts at 9 AM, so a bit to late for a business traveler. I ended up having breakfast 2 out of 4 nights. I have to say that the quality of the breakfast is very good. Breakfast location is about 500m away, which is fine if you have a lot of time but not optimal if you have a busy schedule. Cleaning is only once per week. It’s not comfortable to spend time checking, reading where to find all kinds of things that you would ask from a receptionist and walking around for breakfast. The price of the hotel is similar to 4 star hotels and the services are like you would book an apartment on Airbnb, so I would prefer to spend the same ammount or more on the services a hotel offers.
