“Stay was nice, hotel is in calm location, good for family.”
+Room was very clean, location was nice, bit away from Coventry city center. Location was clam, no noise. Public transport Bus stop is 5 min walkable, so you can reach city center in 20 min.
−Nothing Specific.

+The hotel was clean and very quiet. My room was big and had everything i needed. The bef was very comfortable The breakfast was excellent value for money.
−Having yo pay for parking.
“We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. My evening meal was a disaster (fish undercooked) but the manager was qui”
+The location was good and our room overlooked the garden.
−Although clean it was shabby and in need of some refurbishment. I also didn’t like having the toilet separate with no hand basin, also no bin or cleaning brush.

“Not up to the expectated Novotel standard”
+Room was comfortable
−Tatty and dirty environment in the common areas and the room. Additional parking charges. Hot Breakfast food was cold dry and not fresh

“Ако имате събитие в Coventry Arena, мястото е много добре от към цена - качество!”
+Персонала беше много учтив и услужлив.
−Имаше странна миризма в коридора и асансьора. Не беше много приятно.
