+Wonderful building....excellence location in Stockbridge away from the swarms of tourists in the centre
−Interior styled too modern for my taste and not as I had expected from the photos.....also however a little tired No chef available for cooked breakfast on our final day....felt sorry for waiting staff put in this position but the hotel is not cheap, full breakfast had been paid for and no refund was offered

+Georgian style house . Comfortable bed . Breakfast on first day .
−Location not great had an uphill walk to go into to em each day got taxis £10 a go . No cooked breakfast on second day as had no chef . No permanent chef at this hotel and breakfast was £26 each for little choice of cold supplies ! The management also left a young girl to deal with the situation 😥 . We had a long day ahead of us with a flight home and had fruit in yoghurt to keep us going 😥Slow flowing cold tap and shower over bath my husband has to hold shower head in his hand to take shower as I shower wasn’t big enough for him . Builders outside working from before 8am Asked for a room with a view which was so small and the flights of stairs !!! Better value for money hotels closer to town

“Super séjour dans un très bel hôtel”
+L'établissement est magnifique et bien situé. Dans un quartier très chic et safe! La chambre est bien décorée et le personnel est vraiment agréable
−J'étais au premier étage et on entend toutes les conversations et appels de l'entrée. J'ai demandé des boules quies mais ils en avaient pas... ça peut être intéressant de penser à en avoir un petit stock. Pareil avec la lumière dans le couloir qui passe dans la chambre. Peut-être une lumière tamisée la nuit pourrait être envisageable

“Keller 🤬”
−Wir haben vier Nächte mit unserem Kind in einem Zimmer im Keller verbracht, ohne dass uns die Hotelleitung im Voraus darüber informiert hat. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl, schlechte Qualität und jeden Morgen das Gleiche. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Fotos auf Booking.com keineswegs der Realität entsprechen. Die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse vor Ort unterscheiden sich erheblich von den veröffentlichten Bildern. Wir sind von diesem Aufenthalt äußerst enttäuscht und fühlen uns als Gäste nicht ehrlich informiert. Für eine Familie mit Kind war diese Unterkunft absolut nicht angemessen.

“Habitación muy pequeña, calefacción que no funciona y ducha poco operativa”
+El hotel tiene encanto y está situado en un barrio tranquilo.
−Habitación muy pequeña, sin calefacción funcional durante varias horas y sin solución por parte de los gestores del hotel. Lo único que nos ofrecieron fue una bebida gratis en el bar. Finalmente, nos pudieron dar un calefactor eléctrico que desprendía un olor extraño pero al menos calentó la habitación gracias a que era pequeña (alguna ventaja tenía que tener). La ducha tampoco funciona correctamente, tuvimos que ajustar la temperatura haciendo palanca con una cuchara porque el regulador estaba averiado, tampoco se ofreció solución. La cisterna tampoco funcionaba correctamente. El precio del hotel es elevado para tener este tipo de problemas.

+Comfortable and warm . Liked that the room was on the ground floor. Great staff..very friendly and helpful Great hairdryer. Lovely towels and clean rooms..spotless
−Not a walk in shower..the bath has no handles to enable to get out safely necessary for the elderly. I would have preferred a kettle to heat the water. No chocolates? Too many cushions on bed..not necessary. Move the bed over slightly so that there is more carpet on the door side of bed..prevents a fall on wooden floor

“Stilvolles Uebernachten auf hohem Niveau!”
+Das Hotel und die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig. Wie oft bei diesen alten Haeusern muss man ein paar Abstriche machen in Sachen Komfort, z.B. Zimmergroesse, Bad. Das Restaurant und Fruehstueck war aussergewoehnlich gut.
