“A nice place, but with some technical difficulties”
+The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it was wonderful having the kitchen area and (especially) the washing machine. And the location is pretty good: within reasonable walking distance of many sights and restaurants.
−First, the wifi didn't work well (it kept cutting out). Second, I had trouble getting the washing machine to turn on - and when I asked for help figuring out how to turn it on the nighttime staff member came, somehow turned it on, put in more detergent (I had already added some), changed the settings I had selected, and then pressed "start" - but I could not get him to tell me how he got the machine to power up in the first place. There was a language barrier so I'm guessing he didn't understand my question (I do not speak Russian, and Google translate wasn't working well since I was having trouble getting online), but he also just seemed grumpy that I had disturbed him. Because he had changed the settings, I ended up stopping the cycle to restart, and then I could not get the machine to power on again - and once more, asking him for help was a frustrating experience. I eventually managed to get the machine to turn on without his help (it seemed like you had to turn the dial to "off" first if it wasn't already there, though maybe it was just broken? I am not really sure).

+Highly Recommended - Nine Room Yerevan Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at Nine Room Yerevan Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Both the lady working during the day and the gentlemen on the night shift were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is a great choice for tourists and business travelers alike, whether you are planning a short visit or a longer stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan. “Comfortable, friendly and very reasonably priced for Yerevan.”
+Very comfortable, very clean and well-appointed studio accommodation, just a few $$'s Yandex ride, or relatively short walk, from the centre of town. Located on a busy road, but good double-glazing cuts out any noise. Accommodation in Yerevan is quite overpriced overall, so in that context, Nine-Rooms represents great value for a really pleasant, comfortable and friendly stay

+De negen appartementen van Nine Rooms bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping van een gebouw aan een drukke weg in Jerevan. Het appartement bestaat uit een modern ingerichte gecombineerde slaap/woonkamer met goede bedden, een kitchenette en badkamer. We werden ontvangen door een aardige receptioniste die goed engels sprak.
−Er is weinig parkeergelegenheid op de straat voor het appartement. We hebben de auto daarom een stuk verderop geparkeerd en zijn toen met alle bagage naar de accommodatie gelopen. Toen we ingecheckt hadden bleek dat we de auto konden parkeren op een bewaakt parkeerterrein achter de accommodatie. We hebben toen onze auto alsnog daar geparkeerd. Of je er ook kunt parkeren vóórdat je ingecheckt hebt is ons niet duidelijk. Er was veel verkeer op straat en dat hoor je in het appartement, Wij hadden gelukkig onze oordopjes bij ons. We hadden bij reservering aangevinkt dat we 2 1-persoons bedden wilden hebben. Op de reserveringsbevestiging stond toch '1 of 2 bedden'. We hebben contact gezocht met de accommodatie die ons meldden dat ze hun best zouden doen ons een appartement met 2 bedden te geven, maar het kon niet gegarandeerd worden. Het is gelukkig goed gekomen, maar het is tóch vreemd dat als je de optie '2 bedden' aanvinkt dat niet sowieso geboekt wordt,
