“Try to give the amenities you have advertised here after”
+Ambience only.
−No amenities as you said, Poor response from staff Half a day I just struggled with power fluctuations Dental kit I paid and got No geyser No ac A lot of things to tell are simply a waste of money They asked me to cancel my booking through the gateway and book directly at a higher price. Even more shocking, they advertised AC but now claim it means “natural ventilation.” Absolutely ridiculous and misleading!

“Could have been a good property if we'll maintained.”
+Location and the resorting from an external perspective is good.
−Rooms were worn down, no water kept in the rooms and AC not working. I booked on booking.com, but when I got there there were two properties with the similar name. Was told to go to the older one, but upgraded and paid more for the newer similar name property within the same facility.

“Very very poor. No go hotel”

−They charged me for the Air Conditioning despite it is included in the Booking.com price and told me they don't care about booking.com and I am free to report the matter and gave me a receipt with new price. This hotel should be removed/blacklisted by booking.com Many other issues were very bad. Even the cells of the AC remote control were not working and they did not have new cells to replace. Think about having to go to reception in the mid of the night and the person went around to every unoccupied rooms searching for a good remote control while am waiting for more than half an hour at the reception. I stayed only one night and run away the next early morning

+Friendly staff in restaurant and bar. Good food. Helpful watchman guarded our bicycles. Nice garden and pool area.
−Not as described on Booking.com. For that price there was no air conditioning and no toilet paper or hot water. Check-in staff did not smile or apologise and insisted we paid extra 900Rs for AC. Corridors not emptied of food and drink rubbish from rooms.

“Staff asking for tips after every order placed from the room.”
+Just the location and the resort a bit.
−Staff keeps on asking for a trip after every order we place from the room. When denied for the tip as it was not necessary, they left the door open while on their way out. Very unpleasant behaviour.
