“Good hotel with perfect view and location”
+convenient location of the hotel. Everything is in the first availability. We had a large room with a jacuzzi. comfortable bed and clean and new bed linen and towels. There was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, small refrigerator. Breakfasts are quite tasty.

−El Colchón muy incómodo, completamente vencido. Muy díficil dormir y nos levantamos con un dolor de cintura terrible.

“Surpreendente”
+A primeira coisa com certeza é a vista da janela para o Vulcão. Foi surpreendente pois o hotel é muito bem localizado perto da rua principal, restaurante, supermercado e lojinhas. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, super atenciosos. O quarto amplo com cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, havia secador, sabonete e shampoo de qualidade disponível. Lençóis e toalhas super limpas e cheirosas. Calefação super forte e quentinha. O café da manhã surpreendeu pela qualidade e sabor. Há garagem descoberta disponível a duas quadras. Vale a caminhada na volta porque a cidade é incrível e casa esquina é uma vista linda. Super recomendo.

+Good sized, well equipped room with volcano view. Central location with lots of nearby cafes, bars and restaurants and lake 5 minutes walk. OK breakfast.
−Breakfast didn't start until 8.00 so I missed out twice as I had an early start for tours. Minor point but daft to have only switch for room light on opposite side of room to the door.

“Staying in Pucón”
+Close to the center, nice and friendly staff. Nice view of the vulcano from the stairs. As it was not that warm during our stay, we enjoyed to have a radiator in the room! We could not enjoy the little terrace as we wanted to due to the weather, but it was nice to have one.
−The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was only cake/bread and eggs everyday. The bed was very small, for a tall person, not long enough!

−Solo el secador me dió un poco de desconfianza porque se le veían los cables, pero estaba bueno.
