−Very disappointing and unprofessional check-in experience. Calls were answered very late, and the entrance gate was locked when I arrived. A staff member kept my driver and me waiting outside for approximately 25 minutes while he spoke on the phone. I was only allowed in after I complained. The room was nothing like the advertised photos. It smelled very unpleasant and was not clean. The property’s appearance also did not match the pictures on Booking.com. My booked room price was LKR 3,200, but I was asked to pay LKR 3,700. When I questioned the extra LKR 500, I was told it was “Booking.com commission.” This led to another approximately 30-minute wait while the staff member made more phone calls. In total, the check-in process took almost an hour. I also found that the room I had booked was unavailable. I suspect it had already been rented out for a short stay, which may explain the hour-long wait. At reception, I saw a sign advertising non-AC rooms for LKR 2,000 for 4 hours and LKR 2,500 for 12 hours. I am attaching a photo of the displayed rates. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. As a hotel owner myself, I found the reception, cleanliness, and handling

−We are booking one night two rooms and room is not clean too bad smell also to referred words they are using and betel be a check out after 2 hours and they are telling no it's not possible you will pay full amount and you check out no any coverage that's right to bad smell and we are paying full amount around and 9000 Sri Lankan rupees I am using booking.com more than 4 years I will book too many rooms but this kind of rooms I am not expect totally totally totally is not clean staff is not good no any coverage no Wi-fi fully bed

+il personale nonostante le difficoltà è riuscito a darmi la password del wifi e la carta igienica, inizialmente non presente in camera
−lo staff comunica a fatica in inglese, l'aqua del bagno era ghiacciata, su un soggiorno di due persone era disponibile un solo asciugamano a chiazze (non pulito bene) e parcheggio limitato (tre macchine entrano a fatica)

−We were there at the hotel at sharp 12 am. Booking.com site shows we can checking till 12 am. We were very tired and wanted to sleep. We called several times and one of hotel people answered ones. He was very upset and told us why you people couldnt come before 10 pm..then he hang up the phone.. So we waited at the gate for 15 minutes. But no one came. Then i called again. He answered and told me plese go find a place somewhere else.. 😐
