“Older-style hotel but with everything you need and close to everywhere you want to be.”
+Nesuto staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Reception is 24/7 so it felt like help was always near if we needed it. The location was spot on, right in the centre, close to the mall that dissects the city, and the Canberra Theatre, where we went to see a favourite 90's band. We booked a few months ahead, so prices were reasonable (Canberra accom is expensive during the week). Our apartment was clean and beds comfortable. I like older hotels because they often have a bath - a relaxing option after pounding the pavement all day. The pool and sauna were a nice addition to our stay that our young person thoroughly enjoyed.
−The building is old - don't expect a Quest or a Marriot for the price. As you know, photos are retouched on booking sites. Don't be surprised if you see cracked paint and some carpet stains.

“Great place to stay”
+Quiet room. Comfy bed. Sofa good. Good amenities. Close to shopping centre, coffee shops and restaurants. Efficient air conditioning. Good storage for longer stay. Overall very good.
−A bit dated. Could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom where bath needed a good clean and mould in basin drain entry. A grab rail on entry side to bath would have been good for safety. Streaming services on TV would have been good but not necessary.

“Run down but great location”

−It needs to be updated. It is very run down with panels missing out of the ceiling in the hallways. Loud aircon that didn’t actually work.
