−- room was not clean with disgusting carpet on the floor -shower was tiny and didn’t have a door so the whole room got wet - parking is 12 euros a day - room architecture makes no sense. No door to the shower, television above a door, power sockets inside the bed, it’s like the budget ran off in the middle of the building. - no tea or coffee as usual, just a pot - room description did not match the actual room. We got a sofa bed instead of a single bed as promised (see attached photo) the sofa bed was horrible. - the staff was horrible. when I talked with the receptionist (9.10 night shift) about our problem above, she gaslighted me, telling me she upgraded us to a superior room, but I told her I want the room I ordered, with the single bed not the sofa bed, then she admitted the hotel was fully booked. So in truth, it was not an upgrade, they didn’t have the room we ordered available so they gave us something that did not match our agreement. - receptionist was an really rude and arrogant, kept giving me weird excuses about the room and never once apologised for the room being not as promised.

+- gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Autobahnnähe - gutes Wlan - Haustiere erlaubt (gegen Gebühr) - modernisiertes Haus - bequemes Bett - Frühstücksraum hat Charme - Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel (gegen Gebühr)
−- hatten ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, leider war der Straßenlärm auch nachts sehr stark. Zur anderen Seite war es dagegen ländlich - es gibt einen Bus in der Nähe (fährt auch alle 10 Minuten) zur Straßenbahn, man braucht aber ca. 25 min ins Zentrum - Beim Frühstück hatte man teils das Gefühl, dass nicht alle Sachen frisch waren, dafür war es zu teuer - Zimmer war sauber, aber an einigen Stellen gab es trotzdem Staubansammlungen - Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei, es gibt zwar einen Lift, aber der bleibt nur in den Zwischenstockwerken stehen

“Świetny hotel miejski dla osób w podróży.”
+Wygodny pokój - łóżko i pościel, która zapewniła świetny wypoczynek po dłuższej trasie. Bardzo dobre jedzenie - urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie oraz duże zaangażowaniem personelu. Miła i pomocna obsługa w całym hotelu. Prywatny parking. Bliskość autostrady, a zarazem łatwa komunikacja z centrum miasta.
