−Understanding the temperature control was a bit confusing but the staff were helpful to explain. Also the oven/microwave was a bit confusing as well.

+Very central location, just off Southbank. 10 min walk to Borough Market and Southwark area. Rooms are very comfortable, beds exceptionally so. Great choice of rooms, all very reasonably priced. We personally prefer a Premier Studio which is great for a 1-2 night stay. Large walk in shower which is great for my husband over 6ft tall. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Very easy check in. We have stayed here many times over last 2-3 years and will continue to stay here whenever we visit London.

+Hamza and Yazeen were kind and helpful. They fed me chocolate because I was sad. Great guys, so helpful with infoemation.

−Needs deep clean and refurbish. Carpet old and dirty looking. TV didn’t function and on second request we were moved room. Don’t book cheapest room! The described “seating area” is a very narrow bar with two bar stools in front on the TV no use for anything! Staff were pretty uninterested in my complaints!

+Emplacement super à quelques minutes du borough market et de la station London Bridge, petite rue super calme donc calme absolu. Appart-hôtel agréable dans un style industriel sympathique.
−Couchage dans la cuisine assez bruyant et difficile de régler la clim + pièce aveugle. Pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres nulle part.

“Meget sentralt, rent, godt utstyrt men med noen sære løsninger.”
+Veldig sentral beliggenhet rett ved Themsen. Veldig godt lydisolert, selv om AC-støyet en del. To toaletter. Godt rengjort. USB-kontakter innebygget.
−Noen rare løsninger, men de er vel bare engelske. Dusjen vanskelig å bruke og lavt trykk. Rommet vårt i 7. etasje hadde en egen heis litt borte fra de andre heisene, og man måtte bl.a. opp en trapp først, noe som ikke passet helt for en med nyoperert kne. Lyset i leiligheten slo seg på av seg selv midt på natten. Hver dag fikk vi beskjed om at AC-selskapet måtte inn en gang mellom 07-17 for å vedlikeholde noe. Mangel på knagger for å henge ting. 60 kvadrat høres mye ut, men veldig mye var en svær gang. Lås til bad var ødelagt.
