+I stayed in the little back bedroom with a nice patio. I didn't use the jacuzzi but it was available. The room is small, but comfortable and clean with a queen size bed. It was fine for a solo traveler. There is a little desk where I could do some work, and the wifi worked fine for me. I ate outside on the sofa or at the table. It was quiet and peaceful. The bathroom has a little kitchenette attached. There's a coffee maker (and coffee), toaster, microwave, mini-fridge, and dishes. The hostess is friendly and helpful. There are no businesses within walking distance.

+If you want something different than a chain hotel for a few nights this will check that box. Its quite, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced.
−No paved parking but your 10 feet from the door so not a big deal.

“Needed a place to stay for a wedding.”
+There were twinkle lights around the trees. Very quiet location. The room was very cold...fantastic for August heat. Room was clean and the decor flet like a hotel...clean and simple. The host met us as we pulled in to the property and showed us where to park.
−The beds we not comfortable, for us. They seemed to be memory foam with a topper..we didn't feel supported. They were fine for sitting, but again..we just didn't like memory form. We didn't see the hottub area seen in the photo, but the patio was nice.

+Convenient location to my daughter’s house when visiting and since I knew I wouldn’t be spending much time in unit but to sleep, it was sufficient and affordable for my one night stay.
−AC seemed to keep running and I couldn’t control to lower so turned it off.
