“It was incredibly expensive even though it wss a last minute booking. It wasn’t worth the price even if it was a few hun”
+Centrally located and accessible
−The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was loud screaming and parties in the hotel. Outside as well and the windows are incredibly thin. Also calling the hotel before my arrival, no one answered the phone. I called multiple times.

“Fun hotel!”
+Fun hotel with modern decor in a great location…closer to CSU, The Hill, and Pearl Street.

−My booking.com reservation was "lost" and no rooms were available. No one told me to call booking.com immediately. I went across the street and paid for another hotel. When I tried to get a refund I was told since it was past my reservation date they couldn't do anything about it. I won't be using again.

+Location, simple but clever design of the room. The bar and outdoor seating.
−The front desk can be more knowledgeable and competent.

+The location was amazing! Very easy to walk to Pearl Street. We also enjoyed restaurants and coffee shops located right next to the hotel. The lobby, seating areas and outdoor areas were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice touches included the water dispenser and free snacks at the front desk.

+Beautiful hotel in a stellar location. All facilities are still new and clean. Staff is very friendly. Walkability is a huge plus. Just minutes from campus, Pearl Street, etc.
−$45/night is a lot for overnight parking. Thankfully there was street parking since many students are gone for the summer. Also, the mini coolers that are available aren’t substantial enough to meet demand. People expect a mini-fridge when they are traveling.
