−As you enter the house, it smelled. my blankets, my pillows. They all smell like they’ve been washed and left damp for days. I had to strip the bed and use my own blankets. I was supposed to say for three days but no way I rebooked somewhere else.

+Angenehme und preiswerte Unterkunft mit bequemem Bett und guter Anbindung ins Zentrum. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Ausstattung im Zimmer war praktisch. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Belfast, auch wenn manche Bereiche der Unterkunft etwas mehr Pflege vertragen könnten.

+Sicuramente la posizione per il centro è ottimo. Parcheggio accessibilissimo e molto comodo.
−La casa internamente è ordinata e pulita. Esternamente è piuttosto fatiscente.

“ok for the price - good location”
+It was a fab location. Outside of Belfast City Centre, with at least 3 buses passing regularly, a few convenient & grocery shops nearby. A park, with a trail to Belfast Castle (40min walk one way), and a Zoo. Easy communication with the owner. Ok room. Overall, we didn't experience more for this price range. There was Wi-Fi, a small TV, and a mini fridge & kettle in the room.
−It was weird that we never met the owner; it felt like we were trespassing in his own home. The cleanliness could be improved.

+La posizione e' ottima , si raggiunge facilmente il centro con i mezzi pubblici, che si prendono di fronte all'abitazione, e' una camera molto semplice e modesto ma confortevole. Il proprietario e' gentile ed estremamente riservato. Buonissimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

“A lovely stay with a very comfortable bed and with a very clean bathroom alongside a very accessible bus route to the ci”
+The room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable. Having the kitchen was very useful and especially the bus stop right ourside the door. The very cute cat called Spot was a bonus on top of everything else.
