+We booked the Half Board package, but unfortunately, the food service was extremely disappointing. There was no lunch buffet, and breakfast was not provided as expected. The meals and service were far below our expectations. We feel that we wasted our money because we did not receive the services we paid for. Very poor experience and definitely not worth the money. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

+The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely, helpful, and courteous.
−The rooms do show some signs of wear and tear and they're not very sound-proof. We had some issues with temperature regulation in the shower. At times it was too hot, at times cold, none of the shower knobs seemed to actually control temperature in a straightforward way. The tub worked fine as a tub, but it was not a jet tub - the panel for actually turning the jets on was removed and only a hole remains in its place. Finally, it's worth noting that (I believe all) the suites are located on the ground floor. Whilst the view from the pool (also on the ground floor) is lovely, the view from our (more expensive!) 'superior suite' was largely obstructed by trees, which was a shame as it was our primary reason for choosing this particular hotel.

“It’s like living in the clouds”
+Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool as we arrived late and it was raining. The dinner was fabulous and the serves so big we could have ordered one meal and shared.The staff in the restaurant were fabulous both at dinner and for breakfast. The hotel had sent instructions on how to get there ( up a steep narrow road) and had supplied them in both English and Sinhalese which our driver appreciated.The views from our window and balcony were magnificent. We hope to come back to really enjoy the property

−Das Restaurant. Man isst innen, sehr steril und ungemütlich, die Bar hatte bereits um 21:00 Uhr geschlossen! Die Lage ist weit vom Zentrum entfernt und ungünstig zu erreichen

“Relax”
+Vista la posizione sopraelevata la sera abbiamo goduto di una vista meravigliosa, la piscina a sfioro è aperta fino a tardi ed è possibile rilassarsi con una bella nuotata. La camera era molto accogliente ed il personale disponibile a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta, ci siamo pentiti di non aver prenotato più notti!
