+Everything was clean and comfortable for the price, excellent location, shuttle to Wildhorse casino was very convenient
−Key card stopped working, but was immediately resolved by staff in less than 10 minutes

−Noisy and charged $140 for damages. True one towel was damaged but they wouldn't justify what the $140 was for. Certainly not for one towel.

+Awesome little hotel. The room is super basic but nice. Modern look so doesn’t feel like your average motel. Great bathroom amenities. We did not use the pool or sauna while there. The pool looked ok. A little messy. The neighborhood around it seemed a little sketch but we had no problems. It’s like 2 blocks to “downtown”. Ideal location. If you are going for the Round-up you could walk there! The staff was super nice and helpful. Great coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable.
−Bring earplugs. The AC was loud and did not run consistently. I wish it had as the road the motel is on is a truck route so lots of loud traffic. That would have drown out the sounds. We paid to upgrade to a “better room” but it was close to the office and I honestly thought it was the worst location. It’s right by the office so lots of activity. This is an older re-vamped motel with super thin doors/windows. The pillows could really use a refresh. They were lumpy and super soft. Also, our nightstand on one side of the bed was about to fall down. I let the front desk know and they were very responsive. The screws should have been tightened before we checked in.

−Advertised having a hot tub. Disappointed it wasn’t working. False advertising.

“We wanted this to be a great stay, but it was not the best fit for our needs.”
+The staff at the Motolodge were wonderful and the lobby coffee was great! Also, there is a fantastic Thai restaurant with takeout in walking distance!
−The room/bathroom, was smaller than we had anticipated and the bed frame corners caught our shins, toes & ankles multiple times. There is a wonderful dog park several blocks down, but the actual property is not ideal for anyone with a dog. Also, after many hours on the road, time in the hot tub would have been really nice, but it was out of order.
+Location was great. Downtown within 3 blocks of many restaurants.
−A few more surfaces to place things would help, especially in the bathroom.
