+Läget nära Alexanderplatz och Hackescher Markt är oslagbart! Prisvärt hotell, helt ok frukost och gullig personal. Extra plus för att hotellet är parfymfritt, ingen parfym i varken lobbyn eller i sängkläderna.
−Tråkig heltäckningsmatta i rummet och hemsk avloppslukt första dagen. Jag öppnade fönstret och ställde upp badrumsdörren och då blev det bättre!

+The hotel was very clean, in an ideal central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
−Perhaps needs more facilities, eg, tea/coffee making in the room.

−The girls at the front desk could’ve been a little friendlier and maybe the plastic covid shirld could come down so you can actually hear each other??

+All members of staff are so friendly and attentive, it made the stay so relaxing. Rooms were very quiet, full privacy. The location is also amazing, everything was close by.
−It's not a huge issue but I wish I could've watched YouTube on the TV.

+The location is really good, mainly if you're going to race the marathon. A lot of restaurants nearby. Access via metro and tram is also a huge plus.
−Breakfast isn't worth getting at the hotel.
