+It is what it is and a mostly clean room and bed to sleep in for the night.
−Definitely older property, so a damp musty odor. Possibly smoking allowed in previous years. Although they appear to be working on and updating some things, new mini fridge (placed on top of the round table so the table couldn't really be used) it still needs a deep clean and the bathroom fan didn't work well, so the steam from the shower just goes into the room when you open the door that may be keeping it moist and not able to combat the mold.

−If you google are they dog friendly it says they are Go to Booking.com and it also says they are dog friendly…..they are notI found out after I made my reservation then called to see if there was a pet fee… they said we do not accept pets

+Small college delivery, needed a larger parking spot. It was immense! Lobby wonky AF. They needs cleaned up- get rid of the $2 trinkets for sale & lean into the Asian decor. Easy fix. Room good. Lots of rooms! Restaurant across the street was A+ too. So, if you want a value stay, BOOK IT!

−Cobwebs in all of the corners all over the walls, fleas bedbugs, mold in the bathroom, faucets, and shower.

−A dump! Rented out by week/month. No handicapped room. No pool. Chipped paint, doors, etc! Bedding deplorable A slum area!
