+Nothin. It smelt like cat piss and we got woken up at 4 am with security banging on the door for no reason. To be lied to from front desk this morning at check out

+Lugar de paso para pernoctar una noche, poco mas que añadir. La cama era comoda
−Nos hemos alojado varias veces en Moteles de esta cadena pero desde luego este ha sido el peor. El personal de recepcion desagradable, poco amigable y poco colaborador. Como un automata sin empatia. La habitacion sin ninguno de los servicios tipicos de este tipo de alojamiento: Sin cafes, infusiones, ni siquiera gel de ducha. Fuerte olor a humedad y a falta de limpieza, tuvimos que dejar la puerta y ventana abiertas un buen rato para ventilar.

−I made reservations for a queen room and my room was not reserved , even though I checked in in person at 9:30 this morning. Instead, I was given a handicapped room that only had a double size bed in it and when I spoke to the two employees at the front desk, they moved me to another room that was also a handicapped room with only a double size bed. I went back to the office again for the third time and was told that this was actually my mistake because I booked a handicapped room. I showed her the reservation receipt and she insisted that the room she just moved me to has a queen size bed in it. I told her that it definitely was not a queen bed. I told them that the room smelled very strong like marijuana and urine ,there were no towels in the bathroom. The bed has a huge worn spot on the mattress and was extremely uncomfortable. I was told that I could get a refund but I wouldn't get my money back for 7-10 days and I wouldn't be allowed back. We've been coming here and staying at this location every weekend for work and it's disappointing that this was our experience this time around.
