+Clean rooms, thoughtful daily housekeeping (fresh towels and slippers), and exceptionally friendly staff.
−While the stay had its points, the breakfast quality was disappointing. Additionally, the room's soundproofing is quite weak, and outside noise travels in easily.

“Better communication to avoid misunderstandings.”
+The staff at the front desk were great.
−Aircon was leaking (no problem with the staff on this regard they made a report after I informed them). We were told we had breakfast but took it back the moment we were already getting food. Which is disappointing especially we were ready to it. Front desk was nice about it, what we didn't like was how the person in the restaurant handled the situation.

+Staff are polite and always helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable
−Our request to have 2 rooms closed to each other was not considered. Literally separate wing locations. So kids have to walk longer just to get something. Also, room is not sound proof. I can hear all chaos outside and disrupts my sleep.

−No cabinets in the room. Toiiet paper is not enough no facial tissue, and no hair dryer
“It was fully worth it. Absolutely recommended.”
+The room was really nice and clean. Great staff everywhere in the hotel. Good simple facilities. Nice gym, pool, and rooftop bar.
−The motorcycle parking. Please do better. It was somehow unorganized.
