“Central hotel”
+The location was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing although millions of flies landing on our food. They have a policy not to put up fly catchers because they look ugly. Bed comfy. AC was good and quiet.
−Rooms are very dark inside . We like bright and airy. Lots of things were missing, like it had vanity boxes but nothing was in them, no shampoo in the container, only 4 clothes hangers, only a sheet, no duvet, no foot mat for the shower. We stayed 3 nights but they only tidied the room once, we had to ask for it and they said the cleaner had phoned in sick. No-one had told us and there was no replacement until the following day. Tv was Android, had to set up our own account then delete it. There was noisy building work happening next door.

“İki günlük konaklama için ideal bir otel ve fiyat performans sağlanıyor.”
+Lokasyon, ambiyans ve bahçesi güzeldi. Odalar şık tasarlanmıştı.
−Odalarda dolap olmaması eksi bir yöndü. Temizliği zayıftı ve tuvaletin havalandırması yetersizdi. Otopark alanı yoktu ve genel park alanı ise yoğunluktan dolayı yetersizdi.

“Schönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre”
+Familiäre Atmosphäre und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist auch schön, unweit von den Restaurants am Hafen.
−Im Zimmer war es etwas zu warm, da der Boden durch Warmwasserleitungen erhitzt wurde. Mit der Klima konnte man aber dem entgegenwirken.

+Sahane bir butik otel, super bir isletme. Tertemiz ve konforlu odalar, guleryuzlu hizmet. Konumu da cok guzel, aksamlari iskele cevresinde sahane vakit gecirdik. Eger yolumuz tekrar Urla’ya duserse mutlaka yine gelecegiz!

“İyi konum , güzel çalışanlar, kötü temizlik ve ısınma sorunları !!”
+Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok güzel insanlardı. Kafesinden , kahvaltı sunan ekibe kadar herkese teşekkürler.
−İşletmecisi için aynı şeyleri söylemek zor. Isınma problemi ve sıcak su kesinlikle kış aylarında sorun. Banyo için temizlik konusunda daha hassas olunması lazım(aşağıda fotoğrafını paylaştım)

“Could have been excellent, it almost was.”
+I would have given a higher note, but they had issues with the hot water system, which impacted the stay, cold showers are never all that pleasant. Other than that, this is a really lovely property, nice family business and super quiet rooms, well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is superb, unfortunately not served until 8:30 AM so I had to miss day 2 as I needed to be in a meeting at 9 AM at nearby IZTECH which is 20 minutes drive.
