“Cramped, sleepless nights, hard bed, location was great.”
+Location was great
−Double bed was to small and hard for 2 people, the studio was to crowded for more than a 2 night stay. Using a third party eg VACASA was confusing. WiFi was intermittent.

“Overpriced, and poor maintenance”

−No key in lock box No parking pass as advertised Common areas cold, dirty and smelt bad Games room too cold to use. Games broken or missing components Coffee pot and kettle plugged into 2 power bars that kept tripping Electric fireplace has no switch. Need to use extension cord Phone did not work

“Perfect location, but the service has big room for improvement.”
+The location is perfect, ski-in ski-out. And it is close to the village center.
−The service is a big concern. There is no front desk, and the check in process is not very clear, for example, it took us 30 min to get the key to the building door from another building. And we had difficulties finding the room. The parking pass was not in the room, and took us another 30 min to grab one from the building manager and the phone call was not really resolving the issue. And when we return the pass, the manager was not in the room, so it took us another 15 min to drive back and forth the return the pass. You know, the time in the ski resort is very valuable.
