“Aussie Family of 5 review”
+As a family of 5 we loved the spacious room! With a lounge and coffe table area that gave us somewhere to eat after a long day. Great shower pressure, beds were firm but comfortable. Lower beds of our bunks were double size which is bigger than what we have had previously in Japan

“Comfortavle”
+Property was clean, in a good location and was able to fit our family of four (two adults, and two kids) comfortably. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. As there are no staff at the front counter, its is more like an apartment than hotel.
−Cannot ship your luggage to and from but we knew that beforehand so it wasn’t an issue.

+Location was decent, walking distance to quite a lot of train stations (but not pram-friendly ones if you're bringing kids along). There's a lot of food and shopping options nearby as well, whilst not being overly noisy compared to hot tourist locations like Shibuya and Shinjuku areas. The property is clean and amenities were ample (with the exception of no scissors in the kitchen). There's also a coin washer and luggage storage room, but these come with their own cons as well which I'll elaborate more in the other section.
−Luggage storage room: Other guests do not care about the pin access requirement when you're using the luggage storage area, and constantly attempt to barge in while you're arranging your luggage inside. It's a first come first serve basis in which if you come early and you're lucky, you get the spots with 'locks' to secure your luggages from potential thieves. And if you come late, you might need to just shove the luggages inside (guarded by the room's PIN access), or just leave them at the lobby area. My group was arranging our luggages when this group of other guests kept attempting to enter the room, despite us telling them to make their own reservations. They then proceeded to hound us by standing outside the storage room, while making comments in cantonese saying 'they took up all the space, we have no more space!'. We're a group of 3, storing 3 luggages and 2 hand carry bags. Subsequently, they just decided that by standing there and gawking/commenting constantly will magically make space for their luggages as well, and hogged up walking space for my group plus the staff trying to get their tasks done around the area. +Camera sicuramente più spaziosa della media giapponese. Posizione comoda vicina a diverse stazioni metro/JR
−Hotel senza front desk con conseguenti difficoltà in caso di necessità di contatto di un operatore, che avviene tramite videochiamata. Solo in alcuni orari, non specificati, è presente del personale. Colazione inqualificabile: non è possibile scegliere nulla, bisogna ordinarla il giorno prima entro le 18 e la mattina si scende alla reception dove si ritira una scatola con un panino e una zuppa…semplicemente vergognoso. L’assenza di personale fa sì che entrino anche persone non ospiti ad esempio per fare le lavatrici. Quindi il livello di pulizia e sicurezza non siano adeguati.
