+Mill River was a great stay on our cycling trip of PEI. The staff was fantastic and they had a special locked area for our bikes. The views of the golf course are good and the rooms were big and comfortable.
−There was live music at the restaurant on the night we were there, which normally I would like, but the volume was a bit overwhelming. But the food was good and fairly priced.

+The staff was great and very welcoming, and the hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. We were really happy to find out that so many activities were included for free, such as golf, volleyball, tennis, and the large indoor pool with the waterslide. Even though we’re adults, we had so much fun with the waterslide! We also really appreciated having a restaurant right at the hotel where we could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This was especially convenient because many restaurants in the area close quite early, and we tend to eat dinner later. It was nice knowing that after a full day of exploring, we could come back to the hotel and still have somewhere to eat without having to rush. Overall, everything was very clean, the facilities were great, and we really enjoyed our little getaway. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!
−The only thing we found could use a little improvement was the ventilation in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the bathroom stayed very humid for quite a while, and the humidity would spread into the room as well. We sometimes had to turn on the heat to help reduce the humidity, but then the room would get too warm, so we had to use the AC afterward. It was definitely manageable, but improving the bathroom ventilation would make the stay even more comfortable. Another small suggestion, rather than a negative, would be to offer a small coffee and pastry option in the morning. We really enjoyed having a breakfast restaurant on-site, but the options were mainly full breakfast meals such as eggs and bacon, pancakes, or omelettes. It would be nice to have the option to simply grab a latte or cappuccino and a croissant without having to order a full breakfast. I think that little addition would be a great touch and would make the experience feel even more complete.

“Great stay, as always”
+My stay at the hotel was very good. I have stayed here several times and it has always met my expectations. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable, and everything is always very clean. The restaurant has recently changed its menu and now offers more variety. The food is very good and I really enjoyed having dinner there.
−As for the negative points, I do miss having a glass shower screen in the bathroom. At the moment there is only a plastic shower curtain, and quite a lot of water tends to get onto the bathroom floor. It would also be nice to have a handheld shower head in addition to the rainfall shower. Regarding the restaurant, I would also mention that the breakfast options are quite limited. I think a buffet-style breakfast, or simply a wider selection, would be a good improvement.
