+The location is great, the bar area and reception is lovely. Staff at the hotel were lovely possibly under staffed the wait for drinks was long.
−The parking is run by a different company when leaving the car park the barrier wouldn’t open, I had to leave the car to get back into the hotel to find out how I could exit the car park. Might be an idea to inform residents when they check in the possibility of that occurring. I had booked two rooms in the family room there was a double &single bed & a pull out couch no bedding was there for the couch hospitality staff were lovely when I went to get some bedding. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied in either room I booked, hallway is really dark. I feel it was overpriced for room only.

−We had dinner in the Charter Bar and it was really hit and miss. Service was not the greatest and they were really overstretched. Two kids enjoyed their meals, the two adult meals one went back as it was a Pasta with Prawn, prawns were cold. Stir fry chicken came in a black ‘secret’soy sauce - not appetising at all. On the plus side Breakfast was spectacular and service amazing. Lobby and reception staff equally amazing. Will come back for sure.

+Hotel was amazing, clean and inviting. Staff were second to none. They were Friendly, professional and extremely approachable. Rooms were large modern and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was delicious, a special mention for Tadhh our waiter for both nights he was attentive and very helpful.

+liked everything about hotel but did find the directions from car park to hotel poor, we had difficulty locating hotel reception from 2A where we parked our car, as we were attending a removal that was a few miles away we were quite late getting back to hotel , around 22.00 - also we asked at reception about getting something light to eat, ( sandwich, hot drink) but unfortunately nothing was available in hotel , thought there might have been room service available - staff friendly
−Only that mentioned above, can understand kitchen closes at certain time but some facilities should be available for guests in similar position to ourselves
