“Tolles Hotel im Herzen der Stadt”
+Schönes, sauberes Zimmer in super zentraler Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war gut. Das Highlight war definitiv der Frühstücksraum mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt.

+Nous sommes été aceuilli chaleureusement, personel très agréagle et arrangant! La chambre était à nos attente, propre et comfortable.
−Le petit dejeuner etait vraiment deçevant. Si'il sagit des produits proposé de mauvaise qualité ou leur presentation (fruits et legumes sans gout et desechées, confitures de premier prix, et surtout une soupe marron diluée qui se veut être du café ) Autant plus dommage car la salle de petit dejeuner avec une vue superbe merite une qualité superieure de prestation. La smart TV non enregistrée, simplement dommage, on ne peut pas utiliser netflix, mais facile à remedier.

“Good stay but breakfast needs improving”
+Central location, room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was functioning properly. We walked everywhere easily without moving the car.
−Not a great breakfast, not many sweet options and also the room where it was held was very cold which made even the hot eggs cold. There was no car park available.

“Buena ubicación”
+Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y el ambiente era muy agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Uno de los puntos fuertes fue, sin duda, el desayuno. Además de ser muy completo y estar todo delicioso, poder disfrutarlo con esas vistas tan bonitas hizo que empezáramos cada día de la mejor manera posible. La ubicación también es muy buena para visitar Berat y recorrer la ciudad cómodamente. En definitiva, fue una experiencia fantástica y un alojamiento que recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Si volvemos a Berat, estaremos encantados de repetir.

+Super clean and modern room in the heart of Berat. We love the traditional accommodations of Albania’ but MERKO was a nice break! Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast and the reception was top notch!
