“Fantastic, relaxing hotel. Highly recommended”
+We had a beautiful room on the Level 6th floor. A big Terrace with views of the Alhambra. Great staff, really friendly and superb buffet facilities. Walking distance to many attractions.

−A truly disappointing experience, with very low customer attention. We chose this hotel for the terrace, which we weren't allowed to access for breakfast as shown in the photos because you have to pay a supplement for a 'Level' room. Prices are absolutely not appropriate for the service. In our room, bathrobes and slippers were missing, the heating/hot air wasn't adjustable, and the bedside light was burnt out. I do not recommend it.
