+The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I was satisfied as the air conditioning, internet, bathroom water pressure, and hot water heater worked very well. It is the best business hotel with great value for money and a central location on the island. I will always stay at this hotel.

−I don't like how the reception handle the inquiries. I feel she is not willing to help the guest. and the hotel can't accept cards. Only cash.
+Staff very friendly every-time they see us always smiling and greet us. Room cleaning everyday and change towels. Quiet air-conditioning. Free beach towel everyday. The location is great near to everything.

−The Korean manager is the biggest issue, consistently aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He yelled at his wife, swore at me over the phone, and called me dumb when I raised a legitimate safety concern about a rusty door knob. Any attempt to get help was met with hostility rather than support. Completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest. I would not stay here again. Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.
