“Eine super Unterkunft für Samarkand”

“Comfortable, clean, great location, nice breakfast”
+This is an amazing family managed hotel. 15 min walk to Registan Square, in a quiet alley, the hotel offers for a great stay in Samarkand. The owner is always on site ensuring that all guests have a comfortable stay and is open for feedback or suggestions. Breakfast is abundant, delicious and diverse. I highly recommend it and should I go back to Samarkand one day I would def stay at this hotel.

“A lovely peaceful stay and a helpful host.”
+Very quiet as it’s well back off the street. The building itself is quite picturesque. Less than 2km walk from the main attractions, which is fine for us. The host gave us a nice breakfast box on our departure when we had to catch an early train.
−It’s the only hotel we’ve ever stayed in with opaque glass panels in the doors, which lets in light from the stairwell/corridor at night.

“Beautiful place to stay”
+Beautifully decorated hotel with only 9 rooms, that is very well situated in a quiet courtyard. The manager is a super nice person. The breakfast was very good and varied. There is also a cozy chilling area on each floor.
−The window curtains could be thicker to better black-out the room from sunlight during the morning hours.

“Nice modern hotel outside the old city”
+1) Comfortable room with interesting decor 2) Hotel is new but has rustic charm 3) On a major street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby
−1) The gate of the hotel is shut from 12 am to 5 am so make sure you have a phone to call them from the gate if you're coming in late

“Best hotel in Samarkand”
+Very friendly service which went above and beyond with frequent offering of tea and coffee. The hotel offered a safe and secure from the busy streets outside. The attention to detail was second to none. Fantastic breakfast. Great advice on where to visit and how to get to next destination. The all round professional of the manager and his team made our stay comfortable and memorable.

“Exceptional”
+This is a family owned guesthouse. The owner is very friendly and always helpful. His wife prepares every day a delicious breakfast. Location is great, all main sites are within walking distance, e.g. the Registan. A big shout out to the reception clerk, very friendly and super helpful and he always serves delicious green tea with some sweets. Samarkand was one of the highlights of our trip to Uzbekistan and for sure this guesthouse was a little gem! Highly recommended

“Great little boutique hotel”
+Beautiful and comfortable little boutique hotel with great and very helpful staff, nice rooms, lovely courtyard.
−I couldn’t get hot water unfortunately and it’s a few miles from things which is not bad because of Yandex and, if not so hot, you can walk but when hot it’s better to use Yandex
