“Comfort and right on Beach”
+What a wonderful week we had at Marbella! From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable and well looked after. The room was fantastic, spacious, bright, fresh, and impeccably clean. After spending the day enjoying the sun, coming back to such a relaxing room was the perfect way to unwind. While the food was delicious, it was the warmth and hospitality of the staff that truly stood out. Criselle was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure our dietary requirements were taken care of and recommending some excellent food along the way. Cassiano made our mornings special with his cheerful smile and helpful nature, and his recommendations for places to explore were much appreciated. One of our favourite parts of the stay was having breakfast every morning with the beautiful sea view,it really couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the entire team at Marbella for making our week so special. You made us feel truly welcomed!

“Disappointing”
+It had a good location on the beach. The staff were lovely and tried hard
−It was tired and grubby. There was building work and refurbishment going on. The coffee machine as not working so no coffee at breakfast. In the evening there was very loud music playing in the bar until midnight making sleep Impossible
“not to the level”
+Cleanniness and Hygine to be more concentrated and service level in terms of foods delivery and satisfaction to be more concentreated especially when family is visiting
−food service very slow no hot water pool is very small no closed and A/C restaurant

“Schöne Anlage mit schönem Pool und super Lage am Meer”
+Super Lage und schöne Anlage. Großteils sehr nettes Personal, leider nur 1 Sevicemitarbeiter unfreundlich gewesen. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.
−Essen war leider nicht so gut.
+Location
“Overall nice stay at the property.”
+Property location is excellent. Staff is very well mannered and rooms were clean and spacious. Pool is very well maintained and very big.
−This property book private parties and for that they denies services to their staying guests. Which is not appropriate. Very limited options for vegetarian food. They need to really work on their food menu.
“Very good”
