+Отличный номер, полностью соответствует фотографиям, просторная душевая. В номере изрядно уставший, но тихий холодильник. Несмотря на близкое расположение к магистрали в самом номере тихо. Вопросов по чистоте тоже не было. Никакого вида из номера не было (на стену соседнего здания), но это даже и лучше. Отсутствие вида = залог тишины. После нескольких ночей в районе Гиза здесь тишина поражала. Судя по всему отель пользуется спросом у бизнес туристов
−Завтрак на улице сопровождался надоедливыми котами. Более того, мы заметили что они метят уличную мебель, так что после первого раза завтракали исключительно внутри помещения.

“Horrible Experience. 470 Euros for a Filthy Bed & 2-Month Refund Deception...”
−We paid 470 Euros for 5 nights, expecting a decent stay. Instead, it was a nightmare. We checked in around midnight after a long, exhausting journey. The moment we pulled back the sheets, we were absolutely horrified and disgusted to find the pillows, bedsheets, and blankets covered with lots of short hair. We called the staff, and they explicitly admitted on the spot that it was the housekeeper's fault and the sheets might not have been properly washed. On top of that, the bathroom drain and sink were blocked (as shown in photos), making it difficult to shower. Due to these severe failures, the hotel explicitly promised a refund for one night's stay. I have been chasing them on email then WhatsApp for OVER TWO MONTHS. Out of kindness and trust, I waited patiently until the very last day of the review window, continuously hoping they would fulfill their refund promise. However, they kept dodging and making excuses without providing any real proof. I am completely disappointed.The price we paid does not match the filthiness of this room, nor does it justify their disappointing and unprofessional handling of the situation. This 2-month refund delay and broken promise is a total joke.

“My stay is above average, we’ve got one their best room. A little pricey but still, if I’ll go back, I’ll stay there aga”
+We booked the biggest room, their king suite and which I think of one the room with biggest balcony, it’s a one bedroom apartment already in Dubai. It was very nice, spacious, with kitchen provision where it kind give a feeling of being at home away home.
−A little pricey and it’s opposite the downtown but all still good as it’s a gated community. The lift is just a little old and I’m a little scared of it. But all manageable.
