−The bed had a metal plate of some sort that would bang or gong every time we sat down or rolled over,.. The pillows were so flat,but I asked for more and got two that were much better, Ice machine was in another building,so we didn't use that,

“Overall, pretty good”
+I liked how big the rooms are, the color scheme, and well it was just overall OK.
−Particularly the card reader on my door was finicky, and it just felt like the staff member working, blamed it on my incompetence even after he tried it and it didn’t work, but then after I started to work, he was like you just gotta be slow with it… like yeah I’ve been to a hotel before thank you. And honestly, because the biggest attraction is the Adirondack Park and I just came from a 7 mile hike….It was like the cherry on top to my tolerance to exhaustion - actually a major thing that I didn’t like was that the building that I was in had a hallway to get to our doors and it was open access just unlocked 24 seven. So as a solo traveler, I did not feel safe.

+Location was good for the fair down the road. The manager was very nice and friendly. We liked our balcony.
−The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly. It was a bit loud when other rooms were showering and the air conditioner was loud as well.

−the room had the smell of mold and floor was in very poor condition , beds look like they were from the 30s. didn't stay there because of the very poor condition . i want to file a complaint and would like a refund . that is the worst hotel i have ever seen. 2 people sitting in front of a room smoking drugs , that was not good , bookings should remove this hotel from there from listings

+McDonalds has a great breakfast. Nothing at the motel
−No maid service - We had to ask for dry towels each day and trash was never emptied. No WiFi - the signal was there, but so poor strength that none of my three devices could use it. My key card needed to be re-activated each day. TV went out every time the wind blew.

“Great Place For the Money to”
+Friendly,helpful staff. Convenient parking. Very clean.Price couldn't be beat. Great location for where our retreat was held
−Very noisy, cursing neighbors, who continued after midnight. Mattress was much too hard.
