“Un hôtel plein de charme, mais qui mériterait quelques améliorations”
+La Maison Tulum est un hôtel plein de charme, avec une décoration agréable, une jolie ambiance tropicale et un personnel accueillant et sympathique. L’emplacement dans le centre de Tulum est pratique pour profiter des restaurants et des commerces à proximité.
−Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très basique et mériterait d’être amélioré, avec davantage de choix et des produits plus variés. Le bruit de la rue est également assez présent, l’hôtel étant situé à une intersection. Cela peut être gênant, notamment pour les personnes au sommeil léger, même si l’animation fait aussi partie de la vie du centre-ville. Par ailleurs, les chambres mériteraient d’être rafraîchies : le mobilier et l’état général des chambres commencent à vieillir. Quelques rénovations permettraient d’améliorer sensiblement le confort et de rendre l’ensemble plus agréable.

+Πολύ ωραίος ξενώνας με στυλ και άποψη,ιδια'ιτερη διακόσμηση,έντονο χρώμα,ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και συνεργάσιμος.160 μέτρα από ADO,κοντά σε διάφορες στάσεις collectivo.Δωμάτια άνετα,ευάερα,ευήλιαΣτο δωμάτιο υπήρχε δυνατότητα παρασκευής καφέ/τσάι.
−Καθώς το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται επάνω σε κεντρικό δρόμο,υπάρχει θόρυβος από την κυκλοφορία.Επίσης το πρωινό βρισκόταν σε δίσκο στο ψυγείο του δωματίου,αλλά ήταν πολύ βασικό.

“Excellent small hotel”
+Loved the vibe and colour of Maison Tulum. Great location near bus stop, but quiet. Clean and well managed. Gorgeous rooftop. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent cafe downstairs for coffee and omelette, or included continental breakfast.

“A great place to stay if you enjoy local, artsy vibe w/ convenient places to eat and friendly staff”
+We loved the neighborhood. It was in an artsy part of town with lots of street art/murals. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby. And it was just a few blocks from the main boulevard through town. We loved that it was away from the "touristy" part of Tulum and much closer to people who actually lived in the city. The inner courtyard and rooftop garden where nice, along with the adjacent cafe that was open for breakfast and lunch. Our room had a bathroom sink and a little kitchenette sink. The room also had a mini-fridge and A/C. The staff was very nice.
−It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to reheat what was kept in the fridge.
+Gostei muito da cama, muito confortável. O hotel é muito lindo e super organizado. Voltaria com certeza.
−O chuveiro do banheiro não sai água adequadamente, acredito que precise de manutenção.

“また戻りたくなる、故郷のような宿”
+敷地に入ると街中とは別世界の可愛らしい空間。建物もお庭もテラスも素敵です。朝食はあらかじめ部屋の冷蔵庫に準備していただいていたので、朝すぐにセノーテに行き、戻ってシャワーをしてからチェックアウト出来ました。今回1泊しかできなかったのですが、1週間くらい泊まりたかったです。オーナーが日本語が堪能で、スペイン語のできない私たちに代わってタクシーをアレンジしていただけました。
